i have worked with lifestyles for 4yrs working with vulnrable adults my work involves keyworker meeting risk assessments care plans i aslo do daily baths and encourage my clients to be as inderpendent as possible i also dispence there medication cook there main meal but do encourage them too make there lunches also have clients to take up activites
