• Led transformation with over $100 million in savings from Technology Sourcing, Outsourcing and operational efficiency in services area.
• Spearheaded procurement and sourcing of technical services including 7@24 maintenance to support financial applications, project management, software, application and web hosting, BPO, remote monitoring, integration projects, staffing, software development, testing, logistics and hardware through collaborations with IBM, HP, Oracle, BT, Savvis, Cisco etc.
