Hi, I'm Trea and live in Ballyjamesduff in Cavan. I've been living in Ireland for the last 8 years. Xerox Europe Ltd - contract specialist
I started working for Xerox in 2001 as a call center agent, dealing with all incoming queries, wether it being troubleshooting with the customer to fix their broken machne, or ordering supplies. I then moved on to become a member of the back office, meaning dealing with all the customer administration. i.e. Updating adress, sending out quotes, dealing with all incoming queries from partners throughout Europe. I then became a Team Leader for the Dutch Consumables team (8 people) after I helped them out when there was no real discipline in the team, and I helped them out, doing my back office duties at the same time. I discovered this was not what I wanted and came back to the back office as a contract specialist until 31st December 2008, when I was made redundant.
