Acco hostel - Hostel Manager
2009 - 2009The hostel had just opened 2 months before I started to work there. Almost everything needed to be started from scratch.
Some of my responsibilities:
Hostel administration:
- bookings processing/customers allocation
- communication with customers/customer service
- coordination of housekeeping and maintenance staff
- interviewing and training new employees
- establishing contacts and subsequent communication and cooperation with services (billing system, booking system and others) and hostel facilities suppliers (domestic and international)
