Method development and analysis of drugs using LC-MS/MS and other HPLC-based techniques such as UV/Vis, fluorescence and ECD together with column-switching methodology

Develop and validate new assays for therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) and clinical studies
Supervise and assist in training of junior staff in techniques used for analysis of samples
Prepare documentation in support of TDM and clinical studies, ensure data quality and security
Liase with the Laboratory Director with regard to operational timelines, equipment and personnel utilisation and quality issues.
