• Worked on the business side as part of a small Pan-European team to establishment a European Shared Service Centre for business processes across 5 countries.
• This included the compilation and analysis of all business processes, procedures and the IT systems used in Ireland. This was then used to provide a service cost analysis.
• Then analysed these processes with the 4 other European countries in order to establish the mother and various other processes for use in the ESSC.
