Responsible for the Day-to-Day running of 7 Recovery vehicles and 7 drivers. Also the management of the call centre and staff of 3. The effective Routing of the transport fleet from a minimum of 65 calls per day, the effective training of the technicians in their responsibility to customer care and rapid response as well as their own and their customers health and safety.
Cash reconciliation on a daily basis and creditors and debtors ledgers updated daily
The Management of the staff Rota on a continual 24Hr 7 day shift pattern, with emphasis on driver’s hours and regulations and the seamless transfer from shift to shift.
The control to AVRO standards of the vehicle fleet to include maintenance records and equipment records, and the annual renewal of our Pass 43 accredited system (similar to ISO standards)
The procurement of both staff and vehicles for the company operation.
