Design and implement testing to aid development of new printing systems.
Examine hardware and software interactions to ensure functionality of printing systems.
Support issues and escalations caused by or affecting interactions within the printing system.
Examine changes to the manufacturing process which may affect the printing system to ensure no negative impact on the customer will result from the change.
Hewlett-Packard - Electrical Failure Analysis Technician (Intern)
Perform testing on inkjet cartridges which have failed due to an electrical fault to determine root cause of the failure.
Work with engineers and customers to determine cause of faults and resolutions.
Support manufacturing in resolving issues involving electrical failures.
Support on site R&D.
Work with other FA labs to resolve issues.
6 month Internship from April to October
