My most recently held position was a fixed term contract role providing Executive Assistant support and managing the offices of two senior directors and their large teams in a multinational organisation wherein I was responsible for multiple diary management, complex travel arrangements, management of office equipment and supplies, Email and call handling, meeting and greeting clients, hospitality management and also a full range of administrative support including accounts payable and receivable administration, database and record maintenance, report and presentation preparation, Minute taking and various ad-hoc duties as required. I also successfully built and maintained key working relationships at all levels within the organisation and liaised daily with team members who worked remotely.
