 Review of inspection and Test plan (QAP) per QC-Procedure, Client Specification and Approved Drawing.
 Preparation of WPS & PQR.
 Interpretation of Isometric drawings and Weld maps.
 Witness of welding procedure qualification, welder performance qualification & approval.
 Inspection of joints fit up, alignment and dimensional accuracy as per drawing requirements.
 Offering of NDT Test involves to Inspection Agency & Approve.
 Review of NDT Test Report with TPI or Client.
 Defect mapping & attain the repair work.
 Quality control documentation as per Quality inspection Procedure.
 Inspection of joints fit up, alignment and dimensional accuracy as per drawing requirements
 Maintaining welding inspection/NDT reports and record tracking
 Preparation of welding inspection summary/Joint tracking log.
 Co-ordination with client or TPI or Contractor.
