My over all responsibilities was to ensure all tasks were carried out with in a set time frame which included overseen the unloading of trailers, receiving the stock onto our system, bulk pallet put away, order picking using voice pick system, checking of picked orders, bulk pallet drops, marshelling of customer orders, loading trailers, and system up dating. People management reporting on shift progress including Health and Safety / Staff training / Multi skilling staff / Housekeeping / Quality standards / Time and attendance and ensuring regular communication with all staff about business performance issues / KPIs & SOPs and all other relevant Company.
