General waitressing duties in a high pressure, busy restaurant, often using silver service, liaising with suppliers and customers, playing a large role in the preparation for functions such as Weddings and Birthdays, ensuring that the stock needed is ordered, handling money including calculating the sales revenue at the end of a shift and often responsible for restaurant keys overnight.
Gorey Adult Education Centre - Irish Language Teacher
Created and teaching a curriculum aimed at Irish adults who have a basic understanding of Irish. As an aid for teaching and familiarizing with written Irish, constructed quizzes, while also incorporating conversations in Irish discussing Gaelic prose, poetry and short films. 10 week evening course, and I taught 2 semesters due to moving residence.
