I'm a final year Irish and Geography student at NUI Galway. I am very good at dealing with people. I am a hard worker and have proven this on countless ocasions. I served as Oifigeach na Gaeilge (Irish Language Officer) in Nuig Students' Union and held committee positions on various societies in college. I am seeking a job either part time or full time and would be willing to work in whatever capacity is offered to me.

Club Áras na nGael - Barman
I worked as a barman in Club Áras na nGael for two and a half years. My responsibilities included working for special events and cleaning the pub at the end of the night. I needed to use my interpersonal skills to defuse any situations that may have arisen while I was working.
Sword Security - Steward
I worked for Sword Security during the Galway Races in 2009. My responsibilities included crowd management.
Connaught Waste Recycling - Operative
I worked in the recycling factory during the summer of 2007. Some of my duties included operating the shredder and separating different grades of paper. During the summer of 2008 I worked in APC Ballybrit for Connaught Waste Recycling . Some of my duties while working in APC included moving office utilities to their new building, my duties also comprised of bailing the plastics and paper.

Interests
My interests include reading, music, theatre and travel. I am also computer literate and enjoy following current affairs on a daily basis. I have hosted radio shows on Flirt FM and I also preform lighting in theatre I have been the head technician in the NUIG's Drama Society for two years. My interests in the Irish language are not purely academic as I became involved in An Cumann Craic and An Cumann Dramaíochta from my first year in university.
