Hi, My name is Sachin. I have almost eleven years experience of working in kitchen , handling team , motivating staff and running the operations smooth in kitchen aswell as in restaurant .
I have worked in different five star hotels , three star hotels and fine dining restaurants . Mainly i do Indian cuisine but can do continental too and bit of Italian.
I have opened few restaurants as Head Chef out of them two are in Ireland . I am hard working , sinciere and dedicated chef.
