Currently consulting and training with http://www.contactignition.com I have always been the guy they call in when its failed before, from the time I got called into Lotus Development to turn around a loss making year in the UK with 30 staff in a month (only market in the world to turn a profit). To reducing stress levels at technical support in Eircom I have always produced the desired outcome (when I have taken the job).
More recently I joined a loss making recruitment company SOS School of Sales Ltd and as Training Director saw the company boom to major heights only to crash within 18 months of my leaving.
