General Food Merchants - Managing Director

Within the first 6 months of managing General Food Merchants I streamlined all previous business processes and implemented a strategic plan to expand the company within a declining organic market. Theses approaches, including the creation of a new brand image, an e-commerce website, a client & supplier review programme and a whole new product range allowed the company to halt its previous decline and post healthy year on year growth. As well as utilising all my previous communications experience to build the brand’s profile, I’ve developed an entirely new set of entrepreneurial skills to take forward in my career.
