Senior Machine Learning Engineer

General Description:

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying machine learning models and a deep understanding of data science techniques. This role involves building scalable and efficient machine-learning pipelines while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for various applications, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to integrate machine learning models into production systems.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to optimize performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, deep learning, and AI, and apply these to solve complex problems.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn (5+ years of experience).
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and machine learning techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying machine learning models.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with deep learning models and frameworks.
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Apache Kafka.
• Experience with MLOps practices for automating the deployment and monitoring of models.
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or computer vision techniques.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, .NET) is a plus.
