Dr. Paul Wright, the former Director of Development, Research and Strategic Planning at Mesa Public Schools in Arizona, began his successful career in education after completing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University at Albany and a Master of Arts in Special Education from Arizona State University in 1996. While working toward his Master’s degree, Dr. Paul Wright served as a special education teacher in the Laveen School District, before accepting a position as Grant Program Coordinator for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, where he devised educational programs for young offenders. He next assumed the role of Vice President of Student Services at The Leona Group, an Arizona-based educational management organization that oversees public charter schools.
