My most recent position as the Lead, HR Business Partner was instrumental in the development of an extensive selection of skills and abilities, necessary for a successful career within the Human Resource profession. From designing and implementing highly effective, tailored HR strategies to locating and acquiring exceptionally talented professionals, I have the utmost faith in my ability to produce results of an exceptional standard.

My various career positions have facilitated the development of the commercial acumen that supports my HR skills and competence especially in relation to change management, succession planning, creation of talent acquisition programs, talent management, recruitment, performance management, coaching and mentoring,

I thrive in challenging environments and apply my self fully to all assigned responsibilities, I posses considerable expertise in interacting with all levels of personnel, with resilience to manage heavy workload with competing stakeholder interest. I equally posses a strong team ethos, I have thrived in situations that required people skills. This facilitative approach has allowed me to substantially develop my skills and abilities in relation to collaborating, influencing, negotiating and communicating. Skills necessary to build and sustain strong working relationships with demanding clients.
