I worked as an office manager for over 3 years until I was made redundant last May. I handled every aspect of the day to day running of the busy office, some of the duties entailed preparing delivery schedules for drivers, answering customer queries, timesheets, payroll, some HR duties. I have strong customer service skills, the ability to work on my own initiative as well as being able to work as part of a team. In June of last year I completed the ECDL course.
