Mark has established his own firm TARA HR CONSULTING, offering a flexible range of recruitment services on the Polish market. Having been on the Polish market for 5 years operating primarily in the real estate and construction sectors Mark has built up many strong relationships with companies and candidates.


Mark has 10 years experience in recruitment / executive search, he has been active in the CEE and Baltic’s region since 2001 and has completed over 200 successful assignments.

Mark is native Irish and has a solid understanding of Polish and Czech along with basic Finnish. Mark is an avid rugby fan and although plays with local side `Warsaw Frogs`. As a GAA fan Mark has also been involved in the establishment of Poland`s first ever GAA club based in Warsaw, Cumann Warszawa.

Mark was a board member of the Irish Polish chamber of commerce for 3 years and sat as joint chairperson June 2008 – June 2009
