Together with the other 3 members of the board – that covered Operations, Legal and Finance, I was part of the team that managed the entire activity and drew the company’s future paths.

A full service Real Estate Agency, top ten in the UAE, acting also internationally representing mostly Dubai properties and investment opportunities. My responsibilities as MBD manager were covering the entire marketing activities, advertising, communications, events organizing, international representation, internal training, business development strategies, business planning, new fields implementation, sales strategies, international partnership negotiations, etc. My implication in the company extended also towards HR and General Management through organizational strategic planning, HR planning, recruitment, selection, training, etc. I was managing a department of 11 people of 7 nationalities in an international company of 100 employees and 19 nationalities.
