Responsible, as part of the Patient Care Liaison Team for the day to day operation of the NTPF systems with the specific responsibility for the day to day operation of systems in relation to allocated hospitals/health service executive areas

Creating Pivot Reports using Excel to identify more clearly the issues in my allocated hospitals

Processing and running reports on a daily and weekly basis using our Crystal Reporting System to enable me to monitor our allocated hospitals’ performance and to support them in relation to same

Liaise with NTPF management regarding the development and implementation of NTPF Procedures & Guidelines

Liaising internally with other members of the PCLT, finance unit & others as required in discharging the duties of the post. Liaising
externally with NTPF Liaison Officers & others as appropriate in referring and treating hospitals

Designing and producing documents such as our Annual Reports (please see NTPF website) System Manuals, Bulletins and all other marketing material using Microsoft Office, Publisher and Photoshop

Working within service level agreements when validating, authorising & inputting referrals and checking & inputting discharge documentation

Operating a CAN Tracking & Outlier Query System for each of our assigned areas/hospitals on a case by case basis Making recommendations for improving the standard and efficiency of the service

Operating NTPF Lo-call system and carrying out reception duties and other ad hoc duties when required

Logging any IT issues as they arise and resolving many minor IT issues personally
