Aqua-mist Fire Protection - Design Office Manager

At Aqua-mist my experience in the sprinkler industry was utilized to develop a relatively inexperienced design team so we could complete watermist projects ranging from small domestic properties to large production facilities. The Watermist systems were designed to NFPA750 but further incorporated BSEN12845, BS9251 and more recently DD8489-1 to 7.
I produce design proposals for new project tenders and liaise with clients, building control and fire authority representatives.
Whilst within my role I am also highly involved with research and development of the systems and products, this has involved fire testing of systems for both clients and for the further development of products.
