Key Responsibilities:

 Maximizing all opportunities to generate additional business and build brand profile
 Increasing sales, profitability, share of space and distribution of products
 Planning and implementing promotional activity for your accounts
 Achieving targets and negotiating orders
 Managing and developing in-store relationships
 Identifying opportunities and maximizing exposure of Principal brands
 Distribution, display and availability of Principal brands
 Ensure effective brand merchandising is achieved
 Maintain effective, profitable and long term relationships with customers to develop their business
 Coverage of all territory outlets to the specified frequency
 Daily reporting of data requirements
 Maintain a cost effective journey plan providing maximum customer contact
 Assess market and industry information and respond to competitor activity

I do the weekly orders for almost 800 skus, and manage a team of 2 sales developers who perform box counts and merchandising tasks.
This role is very challenging, and really exercises my communication skills!
