Job role
• To develop and lead the establishment and roll out of multiple leading edge online player centres, to deliver customer service, quality and interactive standards
• To set and deliver defined sales and revenue targets
• To constantly review and refine the results based on our overall sales objectives
• To constantly seek differentiation in the gaming sector (and broader retail space) through constant innovation and change management
Skills/Knowledge and Experience:
• Significant experience running retail operation.
• Understanding of Gaming Publishing sector.
• Understanding and experience of commercial implications of effective Supply Chain Management, financial planning, budgeting, capital requisition, depreciation, project management, Marketing, Sales & Promotions.
• Extensive experience of delivering significant change through people in a retail environment.
• Experience in the application of World Class gaming and "sensorial" entertainment standards including quality tools.
• Culturally aware (locally & internationally).
• Some Experience of supplier management - including senior negotiations.
