I have eight years front line customer service experience with an airline. I have been a trainer for the last four years so I currently have a senior training role in my company. I manage the catering department in my airline and have done so for the last three years. I have experience in ordering stock managing stock and developing and improving the service given to passengers. In my time in the role I have brought the bar from a loss making to a profitable part of the business. I work well as part of a team and enjoy taking on chalanges. I am task orientated and am a very driven person. In my spare time I am a fully qualified Gards Reserve member so I am very committed to being part of a team. this role has also incresed my confidence and increased my ability to work in difficult situations

I am currently responsible for the service and catering for my airline. as part of my role I am involved in picking products, menu design, catering allocation, flight logistics, service training and sales training for crew along with customer service and passenger service training. I am also responsible for all the cash management from in flight sales, including counting banking and logging all monies and sales. I am also a fully qualified safety trainer with the airline, In this role I am responsible for line training crew along with providing class room safety training for initial and recurrent pilots and cabin crew. I have overseen a number of projects within my department including the introduction of a new aircraft type, the development of new training courses and the annual introduction of new bars, menus and products. I am currently working on introducing on board sales technology and increasing bar security. I also take on numerous other jobs which may arise from day to day within our department or at my managers request
