Please see CV for detail: Joe graduated from University College Cork, Ireland in 1996 with a Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering degree. Since then he has gathered valuable and practical experience in the structural and civil fields. He started out with E.G. Pettit & Co. as a design engineer and graduated onto project management. Since then he has been site based as both a contractor and an employer’s representative.
Work Experience

2002 - presentI have particular experience in managing the new Public Works Contracts in civil engineering projects such as roadworks, installation of utilities (watermains, ducting, sewer networks),public lighting networks.
I have also managed sub-contractors building a leisure centre on the northside of Cork.
Prior to my current position I was Contracts Manager for a piling company that also built reinforced earth structures such as bridges and culverts.
