Service Transition Director - Peterborough 2009 - Present
Successfully managed the transition of Peterborough City Council’s ICT service; ensuring integration of 34 TUPE’d Staff.
Ensured new stringent Service Levels and KPI’s were exceeded prior to Service penalties coming into force.
Head of Application Management 2008 – 2009
Developed and implemented the strategy and vision for the Application Management team.
Delivered a reduction of £350,000, from a £2 million operating budget, ahead of time.
Successfully led 73 consultants ensuring meeting the contracted Service Levels and KPI’s, while improving service using industry best practice by 10% across accounts, such as 3663, Business Link, Exxon Mobil, Red Bee Media, Halfords, Royal Mail, Coca Cola Enterprise, seven London Borough’s and three County Council’s.
