I operated electronic placement machines to a high standard. I was promoted to supervisor and was responsible for the daily running of the placement department encorperating operational procedures, planning, planning for shift requirements, operator training, quality, stock control and planning for maintenance. I carried out other duties as they arose, it was an ever changing, busy department.
