Paul is a founder and CEO of Norkom Technologies, the leading provider of financial crime and compliance solutions. With clients in over 100 countries, including seven of the world’s top ten banks and is ranked on the Global FinTech 100.Paul led the strategic acquisition and integration of Data4S (2004) and Digital Harbor (2007), the latter of which won “Best Acquisition” award at the International Acquisitions Conference. Other accolades include Best Small Firm (Irish Independent, 2009), Best New Listing in Ireland (Investor Relations Magazine, 2007) and Company of the Year (ISA, 2005). Prior to Norkom’s inception in 1998, Paul was a senior manager at Capgemini, responsible for building out its consulting capabilities, and held senior roles with Amdahl Corporation and System Industries. A graduate of Dublin City University, Paul was named the Technology Person of the Year by the Irish Software Association (ISA) in 2009, having been named Ernst & Young’s Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year in 2000.
