I am contacting in relation to employment in your company. I have completed a degree in Computerised Instrument Systems (BsC Hons). This involved the becoming familiar and gaining an ability to operate a wide range of programming languages and software and knowledge of instrumental techniques used industry. These included Labview, Matlab, Visual Basic, C, C++ and others which are all software that is used in the development of models. This course also gave us a good background in applied physics, signal processing and instrumentation techniques.
During the third year of the course I spent a portion of the year working in industry. The company that I worked in was Inteco Ltd, Carrigtwohill, Co Cork.
This company is an agent for many leading names in Instrumentation technologies such as Siemens, Ashcroft, Fluke and Baumer and I worked on the calibration and certification of devices such as pressure gauges, temperature gauges, sensors and transmitters.
