I started this company with 2 staff in Terenure enterprise centre and developed a range of snack bakery products.
By 2007 we had a staff of 24, listings with all symbol groups, and a nationally known brand and also private label production for National Brands
In 2010 I accepted a generous offer from a competitor and am now looking for new opportunities in the food sector
I believe one the reasons for my success was the time and money I spent on market research through travel to other markets and trade shows.

Previous to IFMC I ran a gourmet restaurant called Digby's from 1977 until 1992 with excellent reviews and listings in all the major food guides
This is where I learnt my recipe development and food and wine tasting skills
