Paul Agustinovich

Since 1995, Paul Agustinovich, PhD, MFT, has been working to facilitate healing in the lives of individuals, couples, and families through his private, licensed marriage and family therapy practice. Primarily, he works with individuals suffering from depression and anxiety. Dr. Agustinovich often traces these two ailments back to issues of self-worth, childhood trauma, major life changes, and relational issues.

The philosophical foundation of Dr. Agustinovich’s practice is humanist and existentialist; that is, he believes people are in control of their own lives and they should be able to live according to their own understandings. With that in mind, he helps clients to realize, in his words, “that they can solve their own problems, discover their own life purpose, and create the change they seek.” Additionally, Dr. Agustinovich utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and transpersonal coping strategies.
