IT Helpdesk Support

In the IT Services Section my duties included: covering the IT Helpdesk where I was in charge of over 100 users, solving problems staff had relating to every aspect of the IT infrastructure, including all hardware and software components. I was in charge of the backup procedure for all data relating to the department. My day to day tasks involved networking duties including server work, installation of software, imaging, building, set-up and moving of PC's, laptops and printers, dealing with various outsourcing, aid in preparation of tenders, purchasing of various IT equipment., and preparation of documents and reports for high level staff.
