I established and lead the Logitech Global Shared Services Organisation in the planning, management and delivery of services in line with industry standards and best practice. I have overall accountability for the delivery of Shared Services to Business units and Corporate, with a global team of approx 85 professionals based in AMR, APJ and EMEA.

Led the finance regional and operations functions in The Netherlands and Ireland, with annual revenue in excess of $1bn, across 35 legal entities.

Key achievements
• Centralised EMEA Credit Control in Cork which has delivered a world class model, with year over year DSO improvement, from 60 days to a record 25 days.
• Developed Business partnership model with sales & marketing for the delivery of financial services. (Recipient of Sales & Marketing special recognition award in 2004).
