Assisting Senior Quantity in every day events on one of the largest construction sites in ireland i.e
· Taking off actual quantities as work proceeded – Measures of all work elements & compilations of detailed descriptions and costs.
· Preparation of interim valuations and variations – As different elements of works are completed detailed valuations were compiled describing each work element with detailed cost build up.
· In depth negotiations on prices & Quotations – Analysis of quotations for different aspects of works through negotiations & comparisons sourcing the best prices.
· Assessing sub-contractor accounts – Meticulous Assessment & Analysis of individual detailed accounts containing each item of work completed.
· Extensive time and Deadline management combined with controlling the increasing pressures on sub-contractors and assessment of their accounts as large sums of money were involved to allow the project to continue.
