I've worked for more than 15 years in marketing and sales executive roles in several structured companies operating in different industrial sectors.

My experiences was consolidated in high-competitive B2B markets in multinational and Italian contexts, mainly with reference to the fields of automation, ICT and material handling. However, the skills acquired are "cross-cutting", suitable for different industrial sectors.

My skills are acquired in the marketing (whether strategic and operational) and sales areas, with particular reference to the management of marketing tools, the definition of the growth plans of medium to long term, the coordination and support networks direct and indirect sales, strategic development of trade policies and the opening of new branches in Italy and abroad.

I was in charge of further developing and managing worldwide sales for Progea. This activity implies the start-up of the new branch in Lugano, starting new subsidiaries and/or distributors, hiring new professional teams, optimizing the operations for the existing 32 foreign distributors/countries and interacting continuously and strongly with them and with international marketing and communication.

Nacanco S.p.A. - Sales & Marketing Director

Reporting directly to the General Manager, I was in charge of sales & marketing developments. New marketing organization, including a new call center for telemarketing, a Marketing Analyst and a promotional marketing. Increase of direct contact (from 800 calls/month to 3,200) and efficiency. New commercial organization: geomarketing analyses of the coverage and strengthening of sales network with new 11 vendors, start-up of 2 new branches, creation of the Key Account figure. New communication plan.
