Inside Sales mainly for the French Distribution department which also includes (Belgium, Spain & Portugal)
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Respond to customer requests pricing and product lead-times to customers in a designated region.
Process quotes and pricing contracts
Ensure customer orders are accurate before being loaded into our systems.
Manage progression of all customer quotes above a stated revenue amount.
Manage the backlog of my customer base: Purchase orders, change orders, shipment coordination, and sales orders acknowledgment, credit note.
Regularly interface with our manufacturing facilities in California, Texas and the Philippines to discuss delivery challenges.
Prepare all necessary customer documentation in line with the highest quality standards.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Put into the computer system customer orders, over the telephone either in hard copy.
Produce and send out order acknowledgement to customers.
Ensure that delivery note and paperwork are filed according to the unique order number reference.
Liaise with Finance Department where necessary to unblock orders on credit hold.
Ensure that repeat orders are processed in a timely manner.
Answer incoming calls and re-direct to relevant or appropriate department.
Take incoming calls from customers and undertake to answer queries and resolve problems.

Print invoices on a daily basis and ensure that the correct country or language specific terms and conditions are attached.
Raise and issue RMA and Credit Notes as appropriate.
Ensure that the Finance Department received a copy of all credit notes issued.
