Provided administrative and human resource support to the Corporate Human Resources and Benefits departments. Facilitated new hire orientation for Philadelphia and Ewing, NJ locations, maintained confidential job and personnel files, prepared and ensured timely and accurate submission of annual EEO1 reports, Vets 100 reports and Affirmative Action Plan. —Worked with service award provider to revamp outdated program and acted as liaison between vendor and employees;
—Processed and reconciled vendor invoices and provided breakdown of recruiting charges to Corporate Accounting to ensure that department expenses were accurately captured for budgeting purposes.
