RED SEA - Maintenance Engineer

In DUBAI and after in IRAQ-Basra with RED SEA – Remote Site Solutions. In Project Halliburton campus,
• I am maintenance supervisor engineer. I coordinate the maintenance activity at Caterpillar generators – 635 kVA, Reverse Osmosis Plant – 15000 Gal/day, Waste Water Treatment Installation S.A.C. 500.
• The Reverse Osmosis Plant is produced by RED SEA Dubai. The production (15000 Gal/day=58000 liters/day) projected is for Total Dissolved Solids of the well (TDS) = 5000 ppm. The back wash of Multi Media Filter was made automatically. I made the membranes washing, every 500 hours with ROCLEAN L311 and ROCLEAN L503 (for neutralizing) and the replacement of the cartridge filters: 1 micron, 5 microns. Every 72 hours I made the level of dosimeters; antiscalant and calcium chlorine and the cleaning of the mechanical filters. The Multi Media Filter is made in Germany, the membranes (20 “) are made in USA, by Dow Filmtec, type brackish water spiral – BM 30-4040. The UV lamp VITRO is made in USA, model FS-30. The well and the air temperatures was registered two times/day, also the pressures of water. The maxim pressure accepted in the system was 15 bar.
• The Waste Water Treatment plant is produced by RED SEA in Dubai, type SAC 500, for 400 people campus. Every 72 hours I made the level of dosimeters; coagulant PRAESTOL and calcium chlorine. Monthly I add bacteria BICHEM GTX, to transform the waste water in irrigation water.

I coordinate the maintenance and repair activities at trucks, construction equipment, generators, pumps. I made programs of this activities, I verified the quality of work, and I record the cost for each equipment.
