Responsible for overseeing facilities management strategic and business development activities undertaken by Esh Facility Solutions.
Priorities are to ensure a high standard of service delivery is maintained to existing and new clients and that the commercial success of every contract is achieved to the benefit of the client and the Company.
Duties also include the effective day to day management of in-house employees and specialist service providers; the production and review of risk assessments and method statements; measurement and valuations; estimating; contract planning and programming; and maintaining strong business relationships.
