Mel’s public sector experience is equally impressive with clients in over 24 different agencies at all levels of Government. Many of the interventions with government clients were focused on managing staff through major industry restructuring including Energy, Water and Education. Mel has also been heavily involved in partnering and alliances between private and public sector organisations.
