Responsibilities: Providing technical support in head office and to branch offices nationwide. Ensuring customer service needs are addressed and resolved in accordance with SLAs
My core responsibilities were:
 Customer facing IT Support to 500 staff in Head Office and Nationwide Branches.
 Dedicated support person for the Sales and Marketing Department
 Documentation of technical issues on call logging system
 Share knowledge within the team to facilitate cross-skilling through documentation and knowledge transfer
 Develop maintain & co-ordinate relationships with 3rd Party suppliers

 Hardware and Software updates and installations.
 Providing employees with secure remote access to server files.
