I was responsible for 22 staff, 6 bars including 2 function bars and 1 coctail bar, also club house bar. My duties included doing Rotas, Time Sheets, Cashing up tills, counting safes, organising entertainment, holding weekly staff meetings and ensuring staff wear the correct uniforms.
