Undertake property surveys and discuss effects of the work being executed.
Monitor works and construction staff and ensure Resident’s are informed at every stage. Identify issues/problems and resolve effectively. Manage complaints and compliments. Ensure quality of work undertaken is satisfactory. Liase with residents on a regular basis in person and in writing.
Manage the timings and process of the works being carried out ensuring orders are in place to avoid delays in works.
Liase with sub contractors and materials providers to ensure an efficient and reduce disruption. Manage system process – paper/IT.
