When I first joined I was employed as purchasing administrator, I then transitioned to project purchaser and co-ordinator.
I currently hold the position of senior sales administrator. Below is a list of the different tasks I have performed during my employment.
Responsible for the day-to-day running of the administration team and reporting to management on a weekly basis.
Develop and maintain a proactive relationship with suppliers
Respond to customer queries in a timely fashion continually seeking ways to improve client satisfaction.
Transmit P.O’s to suppliers
Act as both internal and external point of contact on sales order queries
Monitor stock deliveries to coincide with project timelines.
Book accommodation for sub contractors.
Setup customers and suppliers accounts
Liaise with finance department.
Complete cost report for projects.
