Duties:
Assist French-speaking RCI members set up and troubleshoot their online accounts.
As Coach; draw up training materials for presentations, one-on-one training and RCI.com information packs.
Presentations to in-house groups from 5 - 25 pax.
UAT testing and validation of website upgrades.
Regular contributor to monthly inhouse magazine, 'PayDay'.
Initially as Sales role for UK and then UK/France. Progressed to Web Support May 2009.
