Service co-ordinator, EMEA, MTS Security, Dublin, Ireland.
Responsible for initiating and coordinating response to daily service requests to the companies European clientele .This involved maintaining a liaise between Dublin and a number of Local Service Providers across Europe, providing call details and following up with technicians and clients to ensure total customer satisfaction and payments for all services rendered.
Also assisted, during downtime, with the daily running of the service department in Ireland. This involved ensuring timely attendance to and completion of service and installation requests across the country.
Unfortunately, due to an unexpected lull in business across Europe, the position I held was no longer economically feasible, resulting in my departure from this company.
