Under the supervision of the Department Supervisor 'Joel Mijares' I performed as Customer Service Executive, solving the customer problems and needs reported from calls received in the department. The department was identified to attend internet failures, the contact number of this section was: 0800CANTV00 options number: 3-3-1. The main responsibility of the executives of the division is to listen to customer requirements and immediately proceed to a series of tests with computers and modems looking for failures related to the concerning of the client towards their internet service. In other cases it was provided current-time information to the customers, guidance to other channels of information and customer care fields and advices related to how to manage certain problems with the internet service in the future.
